SHIPPING

You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been received. In addition, we will send you an email when your order has shipped, which will include the fedex tracking number for your package.International shipping fees will apply to orders shipping outside of the Untied States. They will be applied to orders after the checkout process.

 

Overnight Delivery

 

Your order should arrive next business day after shipping if ordered by 3:00 PM (EST). Overnight orders placed on friday after 3:00 PM (EST) or on weekends will be processed on Monday of the following week.

 

International Orders

RETURNS

Chante will accept all returns shipped back to us within 14 business days.

 

Please email our customer service department at RolynInc@aol.com or call us at 401.944.0844 before shipping your return and kindly allow 48 hours for a response. Your credit card will be reimbursed for the total amount, minus the cost of shipping & handling.

 

Returned items must be returned unworn and in their original condition and packaging or they will not be refunded. 

 

All sale merchandise is final sale. We will not accept returns, or order cancellations on sale merchandise.

If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect we suggest you email customer service at RolynInc@aol.com with your proof of purchase and a photo of your piece.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges may be made within 30 days of original purchase. After two exchanges per order there is a 20% restocking fee.
